My favorite products from them are these Crunchy Chickpeas line. They have three flavors, which are Wasabi, Falafel, and Bombay Spice.
This one was Falafel. It is amazing. I really don’t know how Saffron Road does it with only spices and seasonings but this really tasted like those falafels that I used to eat with friends in college. They are salty, crunchy, and just satisfying when you have the munchies

This is one is for spicy food lovers. I love that every bite was spicy yet the aftertaste was a little bit of sweet and salty. Just beware that once you start eating out of the bag, you won’t be able to stop. Since these do have added salt, you will be thirsty to the max if you finish the whole bag. It’s pretty much impossible to eat the whole bag in one sitting though because chickpeas are high in fiber and protein. You will be full with few handfuls.
This is all natural vegetable broth. I like it because it is low in sodium. I don’t think broth has to have a lot of salt just because it needs to be the flavor of the food that you are making. As long as you are incorporating other herbs and spices, your meal will be flavorful.
The ingredients are: Mirepoix Stock (Carrot, Celery And Onion Stocks), Carrot Stock, Celery Stock, Onion Stock, Cabbage Stock, Sautéed Carrot Stock (Carrot Stock, Sunflower Oil), Sea Salt, Mushroom Stock, Garlic Juice, Tomato Paste, Natural Flavors, Leek Stock, Salt, Spice.

Saffron Roads also have Simmer Sauces that you can use to saute vegetables, meat, tofu, etc. These are useful in days you are busy and can’t spend time seasoning, flavoring your meals. All you need is one of these packs and protein and vegetables. Mix, saute, then voila! You have your meal
I loves these pouches because you don’t need to store them in the fridge.
They come in four different flavors. Check out the site for more information on different products.
Saffron Roads also have frozen meals and Hors D’oeuvres and more.
