This review deserves a wonderful attention especially because I made a mistake of not posting it sooner!
I was waiting for a friend of mine to give her opinions because she told me that she was a fan of their products long before I tried them myself.
Dr.McDougall has his own food line called Right Foods. I love the concept behind the products because they only use high quality ingredients and products that can be enjoyed quick and on the go. The only thing I am not a fan of is that they do have products that are just made out of wheat flour, which means that it is not whole grain. But don’t get me wrong, because they DO have whole grain, and even gluten-free products in their stores!!! And they are really delicious, not lacking in flavor at all!
They launched a whole new line called Asian Entrees:
These are so easy to make. All you need is water and microwave. If you don’t have microwave, you can just add hot boiling water and wait for few minutes with the seal closed on top.
I did not get to try the pilafs unfortunately, but the noodles are amazing! I love that they have a gluten-free product within these line, Pad Thai Noodle. The other ones are not gluten-free, fyi.
There are 8 amazing choices to this line. I love that these are not oily at all. My stomach is really sensitive to oily food so they are perfect alternatives when I am craving any Asian food 
(although I kind of wish they had Japchae! Korean noodle to their line ))
I also got to try some of their wonderful soups. They are not lacking in chunks of vegetables, which is a plus plus plus.
My favorite was Garden Vegetable. I absolutely adored chunks of carrots in there. They are very filling and perfect during the winter times, when you need something very warm!
I am a bit weird and actually enjoy cold soups too. haha, so these were also enjoyed right out of the carton at times.
Another plus to their products is the ingredient list. Love the short and identifiable ingredients.
I actually purchased this on my own awhile back. This is the most creamy soup! I added a bit of cashew creme sauce that I made and it was SO GOOD. My mouth is actually watering right now thinking about this soup.
Overall, Dr.McDougall’s Right Foods are really great in taste and quality. They are so convenient to carry around for trips and also for emergency!!!
Yesterday, there were two “small” earthquakes in Bay Area. This made me realize that I need to get emergency kit ready for my family. I need a lot of water, extra clothes, blanket, and food! I will probably purchase Right Foods for the emergency!

Arctic Zero is different from other ice cream companies because they focus on creating products that are high in nutrient and taste at the same time.
Yes, they are a bit “icy” than rich ice creams. But I wholeheartedly enjoyed all of the flavors that I got to try. My favorite was simply Chocolate. It was not rich chocolate but rather light and enjoyable! My stomach didn’t feel full or weighed down after eating them. I felt refreshed rather and was glad that I had the wonderful dessert. There was no regret because I did not get stomachahe!!!
They also have Pumpkin Spice, Mint Choc, PB Choc, Vanilla, Strawberry, Coffee, and Cookies and Creme.
I am lactose intolerant, but I was able to enjoy this. I believe that is because they processed a lot of lactose that naturally occur in dairy (milk) that is used in regular ice creams.
Unfortunately, many of the flavors that came in the ice box delivery melted… which meant that I didn’t get to try most of them. However, I know, from tasting the ones that survived, that flavors of these ice creams are right on!
Also, I’ve recognized these ice creams in WF in LA and Berkeley area. They are all over natural food stores
They recently came out with ice cream bars. I really hope that I get to try these new products along with the flavors that I didn’t get to try yet! thanks!
Earthling Organics was very kind to provide wonderful products for wonderful review.
What I love about their bars is the simple ingredients and the wonderful taste. “All Earthling Organics’ products are manufactured and packaged “in-house” at their exclusive facility located in Palm Springs, California. They maintain their facility and equipment to be free of Corn, Peanuts, Soy, Wheat and GMO’s (Genetically Modified Organisms) at all times.” How awesome is that?
They use quality ingredients that are organic and full of real flavor.
These two products are different since one of them is in granola form while the other is in a bar form. They taste a bit different too with different texture. Rawnola has nice airy and light texture that just melts right in your mouth when you take a first spoonful. The bar has more crunchy texture. I love the bar when it has been stored in the freezer. I love the cool, crunchiness!
Although they have their differences, the interesting thing is that the ingredients in both of the products are exactly the same. Perhaps the amount of each ingredient is a bit different.
The same thing goes for this original vanilla flavor. I really adore the wonderful aroma of the vanilla! It truly won my heart over
The cacao one is definitely a winner too, though, because I love the sweetness that gets balanced with the grounded almonds. Love how they used figs for enhanced sweetness. Also, they use pumpkin seeds for extra nutty flavor.
Overall, I enjoyed all of the products that they sent for review. I am looking forward to a chance to try their other flavors, including Matcha, Goji, and Yogi.

It just started to rain here in Nor CAL. I’m not a huge fan of getting wet or cold so I definitely miss the sun. But, doesn’t mean I don’t think it’s not necessary.
I bring you another Somme Institute Review. I reviewed them before here.
This time I bring your their Eye and Neck products.
What is this product? It is for the EYES. The description on their website says “A treatment for the thinnest and the most delicate skin on the face. Eye is infused with eye-specific Molecular Dispersion Technology 5 (MDT5), a patented technology of vitamins A, B3, B5, C and E designed to help improve skin tone, texture and clarity. Eye delivers intense hydration and moisture while improving skin firmness and brightening the eye contour. It also evens skin tone and reduces the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles and crow’s feet.”
I put a bit around my eyes after Somme’s 5step regimen treatments (these include cleanse, lotion, defense, etc). Fore more info on this step, read my previous review (link is above!).
I am still young so I don’t have wrinkles around my eyes yet. However, my older sister always told me that I need to protect my skin now. Preventing wrinkles from coming is definitely important and young women should start looking for products when they are young with nice skin!
My eyes felt much cooler and lighter after applying this every morning and night. You don’t need to put so much on at all. A little dab goes a long way!
This one is for the neckline. It is described as “A treatment for the forgotten parts! Neckline contains AHA as well as Molecular Dispersion Technology 5 (MDT5), a patented technology of vitamins A, B3, B5, C and E designed to help improve skin tone, texture and clarity. I apply this on my neck after I am done putting on the EYE care.
I have never put lotion or any skin care on my neck before so this was a new step for me. I love the smoothness and hydration that this wonderful neckline care seems to bring for me.
I am happy to announce that I feel great in and out with Somme products. I understand that they don’t use ingredients that are just fillers. they use ingredients that WORK for better skin. My skin has always been sensitive so I always worry whether new products will be okay. With Somme, my skin feels better and never worse.
They have launched some new products (Boost for example!) in September. I am hoping to review this new product soon in future. I will bring you wonderful information that you need in order to maintain young beautiful skin and prevent wrinkles!
