My Thoughts: These bars are perfect treats for post or pre workouts. They have wonderful texture of chewiness. The only complaint I had was that they were sticking so much to the wrapper. Also, they were little bit too sweet for my tastebuds. I don’t think extra addition of brown sugar or dehydrated cane juice were really necessary since they were packed with wonderful dried fruits!

ingredients and texture both play a role in choosing which bars enter my mouth. like ice cream, i like to have some “chew” or “crunch” in there somewhere, but because I’m not big on nuts, that’s often difficult with a bar.
but since these are nut-free…. i may be in luck!

I always pay attention to the quality of ingredient used in a bar. I do really like there to be some crunchy element though. These bars look great!

I look at the nutrition facts – but my favorite thing is taste! Z bars are my favorite.

I like bars that have a good balance between chewy and crispy. They have to have an even ratio between grains and nuts, because I love biting into an earthy almond while I chew on the surrounding oats!

funny how are taste buds change and we don’t need the extra sugars! I really look for a short list of all natural ingredients

Great review, these sound great! The first thing I look at in a bar is the nutrition stats. If it has too much sugar or a long and scary ingredient list then I won’t even buy it. Thanks for the opportunity!

I mainly look for ingredients I can pronounce in my bars. And I also like bars that are slightly higher in fat/protein to hold me over longer.

I’ve noticed that sometimes I crave a bar with chocolate or nuts and sometimes I crave something with berries. It has to be chewy!!

I love when a bar is soft and chewy on the inside, with just a bit of crunch and has to have chocolate

These bars look great! I really look at the ingredients and what’s in a bar and then the flavor and texture. I don’t love the fake chocolate bars. But I love the texture and taste of most clif bars/clif mojo. And not a lot of sugar.

I look for ingredients that are organic or non GMO. I usually like chewier bars better than crunchy.
