Flying Vegan have vegan granola bars that are made with love and from scratch with natural and organic ingredients.

Sarah, the maker behind the wonderful and yummy bars, started to make granola bars during college while training for a half marathon. She meant to create food with enough protein to fuel her. Since then, she has adopted vegan lifestyle and resurrected her recipe into healthier version of granola bars.

There is only one flavor at the moment, which is made with Oats, Raw Flax Seed Meal, Unsalted Peanut Butter, Raw, Agave Nectar, Dried Cranberries, Dried Raisins, Raw Coconut, Raw Pumpkin Seeds, Raw Sesame Seeds, and Cinnamon.

(There is going to be Almond version soon and the review of these bars will be coming in July! :) )

I loved these tasty granola bars. Not were they tasty, but also kept me full and fueled through my running and high-intensity HIIT. With the energy from the bars, you will be seeing results from your workouts faster. =]

Tag!You’reIt!Designs creates one-of-a-kind necklaces and bracelets made out sterling silver. These sterling silver jewelries are not just beautiful BUT special/unique!

Disk Necklace with Swarovski Crystal Pendants allow you to have your name and birthstone (or your favorite stone) together.

Description: “Like our Original Disc Necklace, each sterling silver disc is handstamped, one character at a time, with the lettering of your choice, oxidized to turn the letters black, and then buffed and polished.   A hole is drilled to accommodate the sterling jump ring.  A crystal pendant is either hung along with or along side your disc.  Both are strung on your choice of a 16″ or 18″ sterling silver ball chain.  Each piece is made to order and is truly unique!”

I got mine with my name and birthstone. Although Emerald (dark green) is not my favorite color, I wanted something that would represent me. I love my name especially because it’s unique in America so I think I made a really good choice in putting my name on the disk.

You could choose to put any words such as your favorite hobby or college name, etc.

Crystal Choices: Garnet (January), Amethyst (February), Aquamarine (March), Crystal (April), Emerald (May), Light Amethyst (June), Ruby (July), Peridot (August), Sapphire (September), Rose (October), Topaz (November), or Blue Zircon (December).

You could also choose to get Necklace with the crystal mounted on the disk.

Another awesome feature of this site is that you could ADD more disks or crystals in the future.

I love my one-of-a-kind necklace so much. Thank you, Sarah!!!! I am planning to present the necklace to my fiance because~ :) ))

Finally, Sarah, the owner of the company, is an AWESOME and KIND. She definitely cares about her company and customers.

Stephanie over at Organicology sent me wonderful sample products of Miessence.

Cleanse and brighten your teeth with bicarb soda. Freshens your breath and maintains healthy teeth and gums. Miessence toothpastes do not contain fluoride, aluminium, artificial sweeteners or detergents.
I loved the mint. It was really refreshing and did not leave any weird sensation in my mouth afterwards. My teeth felt very clean and I felt good knowing the ingredients in this toothpaste were all natural.

Hydrates, conditions and protects the hair with nourishing and emollient moringa seed oil from Tanzania. Organic herbs promote lustre and body. Naturally balances the pH with organic apple cider vinegar.
I love it when my hair smells so wonderful after a shower. There’s something therapeutic about smelling so fresh! I was bummed that the sizes of these sample bottles were so tiny. Because my hair is long, I usually have to use a lot more than normal people.

Organic rosehip seed oil moisturises and softens dry, brittle ends. Organic herbals help rebuild strength and body.
I don’t usually use hair repair since my hair is naturally silky. But after trying this on, my hair looked MORE shiny than ever!

SeaPak offers awesome seafood frozen products. I was sent coupons to do a review for the blog. Since I do not consume seafood, my sister tried them for me.

They offer variety of products: Jumbo butterfly Shrimps, Popcorn Shrimp, Shrimp Scampi, Tilapia, Salmon, Crab cakes, salmon burgers, Ahi Tuna Steaks, and more!

We went to various stores looking for the company’s products but they weren’t available in Whole Foods or Trader Joe’s. We tried Ralph’s and were about to give up. Then we found them in frozen seafood section. There was only ONE option, which was Shrimp Scampi in Garlic Butter Sauce.

We used two techniques: microwave and stove top. Both ways produced mass amount of butter. With the pool of butter, we were kind of grossed out. We drained out the sauce and used them as side dishes for my sister’s meals. She ate them with a bowl of rice. Overall, she loved the taste and texture. Although the shrimps did SHRINK during the cooking process, she said the texture was alright. The only complaint she had was that it was too oily. That being said, these cannot be consumed just by itself. It is better to add pasta noodles or rice. For another meal, I made her fried rice on stove top, using these shrimps.

My sister really wanted to try salmon since she loves salmon! However, they weren’t available. If more variety were available at the store, it would have been nice. Despite the 75% of being the butter sauce, my sister enjoyed the taste of these frozen shrimps.
