Bragg sent me amazing box full of their products. I loved ALL of the products. Seriously, they have added so much taste AND nutritional benefits to my meals.
Thank you, Bragg!

Bragg Organic Raw Apple Cider Vinegar is made from delicious, healthy, organically grown apples. Processed and bottled in accordance with USDA guidelines, it is Certified Organic by Organic Certifiers and Oregon Tilth; and is Kosher Certified. Bragg Organic Raw Apple Cider Vinegar is full of zesty
natural goodness. It’s a wholesome way to add delicious flavor to salads, veggies, most foods, and even sprinkle over popcorn.
My review: I absolutely adore apple cider vinegar! It adds so much flavor to my salads. I usually drink apply cider vinegar every morning mixed into warm water with half a lemon squeezed. It makes me feel really refreshed right after I wake up. Bragg’s organic raw apple cider vinegar is unfiltered, unheated, unpasteurized and 5% acidity. It also contains the amazing Mother of Vinegar which occurs naturally as strand-like enzymes of connected protein molecules.

Bragg Liquid Aminos is a Certified NON-GMO liquid protein concentrate, derived from healthy soybeans, that contains the 16 Essential and Non-essential Amino Acids.
Great on Salads & Dressings, Soups, Veggies, Rice & Beans, Tofu, Wok & Stir-frys, Tempeh, Casseroles, Potatoes, Meats, Poultry, Fish, Jerky, Popcorn, Gravies & Sauces, Macrobiotics.
Ingredients: Bragg Liquid Aminos are made from health-giving, NON-GMO soybeans and purified water. They are an excellent, healthy, gourmet replacement for Tamari and Soy Sauce. Not fermented or heated and Gluten-Free.
Bragg’s has a small amount of naturally occurring sodium. No table salt is added. If less sodium is desired use a 6 oz. Bragg’s spray bottle and dilute with 1/3 distilled water or to taste and then either add in or spray on food.
My review: I love how simple it was to use the spray bottle. It added a great flavor to the vegetables. I used it over raw broccoli or steamed mixed veggies.

Provides great-taste and nutrition when added to a wide variety of foods and recipes. Makes a healthy delicious seasoning when sprinkled on most foods, especially salads, vegetables, potatoes, rice, pasta and even popcorn! Add to soups, dips, spreads, cereals, juices and smoothies for added flavor and nutrition. It’s “cheese-like” flavor makes it a great low-sodium, cholesterol-free, delicious, healthy addition to recipes and foods.
In addition to its great health benefits listed below, Bragg Premium Nutritional Yeast Seasoning is a versatile culinary ingredient for most recipes. It can be used as a condiment or in recipes.
Yeasts are members of the fungi family, as are mushrooms. They can play a role in creating many of the foods we enjoy. Primary grown yeast is cultivated specifically for its nutritional value. The result is yeast with high quality protein, vitamins and minerals. As a result, many consider edible yeast and fungi to be as natural as fruits and vegetables.
Bragg derives its primary grown nutritional yeast from pure strains of Saccharomyces cerevisiae grown on mixtures of beet and cane molasses in combination of nutrients. When the fermentation process is complete, the yeast is harvested, thoroughly washed and cleaned, and dried on roller drum dryers. This special and unique drying process is the secret to the wonderful flavor of Bragg Premium Nutritional Yeast. It has become a favorite ingredient in healthful and vegetarian cooking and recipes.
Bragg Premium Nutritional Yeast Seasoning is an excellent food for any one desiring to enhance the nutritional value of their foods and recipes. It is a good source of protein, dietary fiber, vitamins and minerals. Furthermore, it is naturally fat-free and sodium-free.
Vitamin B-12 is essential for a healthy nervous system, proper food metabolism, and the construction and regeneration of red blood cells. The vegetarian source of the Vitamin B-12 in Bragg Premium Nutritional Yeast Seasoning is from natural fermentation, not from a synthetic process or an animal source. It is a quality and reliable source of Vitamin B-12 for Vegans and Vegetarians, who sometimes do not get enough Vitamin B-12 in their diet because Vitamin B-12 is not found naturally in plant foods, only in animal foods. Just one Tablespoon provides 40% of the Daily Value (DV) for Vitamin B-12. In addition to being a good source of vitamin B-12, Bragg Premium Nutritional Yeast Seasoning is rich in the B-Complex vitamins Thiamin (B1) (180% DV per serving), Riboflavin (B2) (160% DV per serving), Niacin (B3) (70% DV per serving), Pyridoxine (B6) (140% DV per serving), Folic Acid (40% DV per serving) and Pantothenic Acid (30% DV per serving). As a rich source of Folic Acid, it is an ideal food for pregnant women to include in their diet. It is also a source for of zinc and selenium.
In addition to protein, dietary fiber, vitamins and minerals, it contains additional functional and beneficial components such as beta-1,3 glucan, trehalose, mannan and glutathione. Studies have shown that these components have health benefits such as, improved immune response, reduction of cholesterol, and anti-cancer properties.
Complex carbohydrates (beta-1,3 glucan and mannan) found in Bragg Nutritional Yeast include dietary fibers that have been shown to have a positive relationship to decreased serum cholesterol. Beta-1,3 glucan stimulates the body’s immune system. Glutathione, an antioxidant, plays an important role in cellular defense mechanisms. Bragg Nutritional Yeast contains approximately 2.5 mg. of glutathione per gram of yeast (or 12.5 mg. per Tablespoon serving).
Bragg Premium Nutritional Yeast Seasoning is easy to incorporate into a healthy diet every day. Because of its delicious flavor it is easy to add to a variety of foods. For a great-tasting nutritious snack, sprinkle it liberally over hot popcorn. Use it as a seasoning for salads, vegetables, potatoes, rice, sauces, gravies, soups, casseroles, sandwiches, and spreads. Sprinkle it over spaghetti and other pasta, pizza, or other dishes as a healthful replacement for grated cheese. Consumers who like to get the added B-Vitamins and other nutrients in their diet often add one or two teaspoons to their juice or in smoothies for an added nutritional boost.
My review: wow, all I can say is WOW! I am in love with nutritional yeast at the moment. It not only adds GREAT taste, but look at all those awesome nutritional benefits!!!! fiber, protein, minerals, and various vitamins! It is absolutely amazing.
My favorite way of eating this was sprinkled on kelp noodles. I first used avocado pesto to dress the noodles. Then put a generous amount of nutritional yeast! It was fabulous meal with a side of huge veggie salad, of course!
