My mom and siblings were happy to sample awesome products.
They got to try Byron’s BBQ Pork and Casa Di Bertacchi Meatballs. Both of my younger sister and brother love meat so they were happy to try them. They said the flavor was perfect. Sometimes pre-made meat dishes have too much sodium that it’s so salty. However, these were right on. My mother also raved about the great BBQ flavor.
Casa Meatballs and Byron’s BBQ are available at club stores nationwide. Club store prices mean you can serve game-day treats like Easy Meatball Nachos, California BBQ Pizza, sweet and spicy Game Day Meatballs or simple BBQ sliders, without breaking the bank.
Even better is the fact that these products are high-quality recipe time-savers. Byron’s BBQ is pork that is slow-smoked for 12 hours over hickory logs, then perfectly sauced for a delicious flavor. Casa Di Bertacchi Meatballs are made using an Italian recipe of whole, boneless beef mixed with Italian seasonings, then seared and steamed in the traditional way. Both products mean hosts can spend more time enjoying the games and less time preparing food in the kitchen.
Here are some recipes sent to me by Mary Eva.
California BBQ Pizza
Prep Time: 5-10 minutes
Cook Time: 35 to 80 minutes to cook BBQ (thawed vs. frozen) + 12 minutes for pizzas
Makes: 3 pizzas (48 appetizer slices)
Ingredients:
1 tray of Byron’s BBQ (4 lb tray)
3 – 12 inch pre-made pizza crusts
8 oz Gouda cheese, shredded
1 medium red onion, thinly sliced
3 tsp fresh cilantro, chopped (use more or less to taste)
Directions:
PREHEAT oven to 350° or Place in Slow-Cooker for 3-4 hours
Prepare according to package instructions.
Once BBQ is fully heated, REMOVE (if in oven) and turn oven temp up to 450°.
SPREAD 1/3 of hot BBQ on each of the pizza crusts (about 2 cups BBQ for each pizza).
SCATTER onion, cilantro and Gouda over the 3 pizzas.
BAKE pizzas for 10-12 minutes until cheese is melted.
Easy Meatball Nachos
Makes: 8-10 servings
Variation: If nachos aren’t your crowd’s favorite, the meat filling can also be served burrito style in warm flour tortillas.
Ingredients:
16 frozen Casa Di Bertacchi fully cooked meatballs
1 medium onion, chopped
1 green bell pepper, seeded and chopped
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 envelope taco seasoning
1 can (14.5 ounces) sliced stewed tomatoes, with liquid
1 can (15 ounces) black beans, rinsed and drained
1 bag (10 ounces or larger) tortilla chips, any variety
Grated cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese
Sour cream, optional
Directions:
Cut meatballs into quarters. In a large frying pan, sauté the onion and bell pepper in oil over medium high heat until tender.
Stir in meatballs and cook for 3 minutes. Stir in taco seasoning, tomatoes, and beans. Reduce heat to medium and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally and breaking apart tomato chunks. Spoon meat mixture over individual servings of tortilla chips. Sprinkle cheese over top and garnish with sour cream.
Spicy Game Day Meatballs

Asian chili sauce and grape jelly give these meatballs a sweet and spicy flavor. Start early, since the meatballs need to cook several hours in the slow cooker, but once they’re in the pot they’re entirely hands-off.
Prep Time: 4 minutes
Cook Time: 3 hours on high
Makes: about 75 meatballs
Ingredients:
3 lbs Casa Italian 5/8 oz meatballs, frozen (1/2 of the 6 lb bag or about 75 meatballs)
2 – 12 oz jar Asian chili sauce
1 – 12 oz jar grape jelly
1/4 cup water
Directions:
POUR frozen meatballs into a slow cooker.
WISK together chili sauce, grape jelly and water. Pour mixture over meatballs.
COOK meatballs on high for 3 hours, or longer on low setting.
Grain-Free JKGourmet has wonderful products that are gluten free.

Almond Flour is a great substitute for baking muffins, pancakes, breads, and etc. The powder is very fine and smooth. You could use this to make pizza crusts as well.

Their gluten-free granola is made from only the best ingredients and is entirely free of grains, including oats. There’s no added fat, plus it’s filler-free and packed with seeds, dried fruit and heart-healthy nut.
Nuts and Raisin Original is made of sunflower seeds, raisins, unsweetened coconut, walnuts, almonds, honey, pecans, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds.
I love how their granola is based on SUNFLOWER seeds. I love seeds including pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds!
I also tried Mission Fig and Apricot which I adored! I loved it by a handful!
JKGourmet products were very unique in which that their granola does not start with “oats” as the regular granola would be. Although they are not organic or raw or vegan, the taste makes up for it.
