As you all know, yoga is part of my life and I cannot imagine living without it. 
In honor of my love for yoga, I am giving away Yoga mat + Yoga DVDs.
This giveaway is hosted by Bolder Mat Company and Sadie Nardini, one of my FAVORITE Yoga instructors ever!

The lucky winner will be able to choose any design of the mat they want from the Bolder Mat Company.
Just look at this design~! This design is called Fish Wish.
The mat is great for any kind of yoga including Bikram Yoga, Hot Yoga, Power Yoga, and even Pilates. The mats from this company are also phthate and heavy metal free.
The winner will also be getting TWO DVDs of Sadie Nardini’s Yoga.

Wow, what an opportunity!!! I absolutely ADORE the Peace design. It’s GORGEOUS!!!! And so serene!!!
I don’t have a favorite pose because I’ve (gasp!) never done yoga! I don’t know anything about it but I’ve heard sooooooooooooo many good things, I’d LOVE to win this mat and DVDs so I can learn all about it! I have a bad back and I hear yoga is very healing so it’d be awesome to win this contest!!!

As for favorite poses… well, I’m fairly new to yoga, and I just learned to do Crow Pose, my first arm balance, and I’m so excited about it. After being out of shape and overweight for several years, being able to support my weight on my arms makes me feel really strong and powerful!!

These mats are beautiful: http://www.theboldermatcompany.com/ It was really a tough pick. I finally settled on the Flower Power Mat because of my love for flowers and also because of it’s powerful Purple hue!!! Flowers provide me w/a sense of peace and there was the word “Peace” embellishing the mat! My daughter turned me on to Yoga this past Spring. I have a pretty uninspiring mat at this time and I’d love to begin my Child’s Pose on this Flower Power Mat. I believe it will match my white hair the best : )

my favorite pose is that i can do is the wheel! or any back bend pose, but thats just because those are the most challenging pose i can do at the moment. I adore yoga and i try to do it everyday! i have always want to try sadies yoga, since i have heard such great things!!! im pumped for this giveaway, i would chose the turtle one bc it would keep me calm throughout yoga

I love the Go With The Flow Turtle mat. The blue color is peaceful and I love the design. The Boulder Mat Co. sounds like an awesome company – the idea that they accept old mats to recycle and make tote bags out of t-shirts. One pose I really like is the Tree Pose.

Cosmic Breath Yoga Mat! Love it! I am actually looking for a new mat for my pilates class. I have only tried Yoga once and would love to have a DVD so that I could practice all of the moves at home…or in my dorm next year!

I really like the 7th Chakra Heaven Yoga Mat, plus the Yogoko mat bags are pretty neat. Yoga is something I’ve always wanted to try, but I’ve been nervous about making a fool of myself. The convenience of at-home instruction is pretty appealing.

My favorite mat is the Go With the Flow Turtle…My favorite yoga position is plow! I would love to win those DVDs…I have been having a hard time because I can’t do yoga recently at my studio just because it’s so expensive, so I’d love to be able to be in a class-like atmosphere with the dvd’s because I find it hard to lead myself.
