well, our family ALWAYS have fruits after dinner. its our daily “dessert”, but healthy! apples, oranges, bananas, dragonfruit(pink flesh ones are my favs) are some of the more commonly consumed fruits.
vegs are a part of daily dinner and lunch. usually stir-fried. sometimes in soups. my fav is stir fried ladyfingers( or okra) with sambal chilli and hae bi(salty dried shrimps). the awsomeness…
it’ll be pretty cool if i could up da vitamins and minerals in my diet with these great looking( and i’m quite sure super deliciously tasty) snacks!

I eat fruit with basically every meal…berries, pears, apples, oranges are the staples in the fridge. I eat at least one mega salad a day and the meal without one usually has a substantial veggie “side”. I’m a fruit and veggie addict!

The real question is, where do I not incorporate fruits and veggies? I have them raw, steamed, in salads, as snacks, mixed in with everything else – there’s a reason my blog is called Fruits. Veggies. Life.

I’ve never had a problem ‘incorporating’ fruits and veggies… I just eat them. Constantly. With meals, between meals…

For veggies and fruits to get into my diet I just chop everything up add mix them with all my other foods. Like fruit in my morning oatmeal, pepper/mushrooms/tomatoes/etc. in my egg scrambles. Or I just eat them raw.
I’ve already been following you for a while.

I recently started incorporating more veggies by shredding them (Carrots, broccoli stocks, butternut squash, etc) and adding them to homemade veggie burgers or spaghetti! It’s such a tasy way to mix things up!
And I have no problem incorporating fruits! Sweet goodness!

I keep produce in my daily diet by having a fruit & yogurt parfait for breakfast and having at least one salad a day-sometimes two! Having fruit trees as well as tomato and pepper plants in the backyard also helps me to keep lots of produce in my diet, as does my Sam’s membership. I buy the ginormous tubs of salad and the big bags of broccoli and then think “I need to eat these before they go bad!” Silly, but it works, and I almost always meet my goal of eating at least 5 servings of produce per day.

I try to have fruits and/or veggies with each meal. Usually fruit with breakfast, both with lunch and both with dinner. Snacks can sometimes have fruit.
I have been drinking the green monster smoothies lately to get in more veggies as that is much harder for me.

I love to buy fresh fruit, cut it up into bite sized pieces and then freeze it to be used in smoothies for breakfast. It’s a great way for me to get all my fruits in when I’m busy. Occasionally, I’ll throw a vegetable or two into the smoothie, but I generally just save the veggies to go along with whatever I’m having for lunch and dinner.
