Green tea is something I cannot start my day without. I’ve been looking into companies that incorporate green tea in their products like T-Bar company. After long research, I finally came across SEN CHA Naturals.
SEN CHA products offer mints and bars that infuse green tea extract! They are tasty lil treats PLUS contain all the benefits of healthy green tea antioxidants. They are wheat & gluten free, organic, 100% vegan, kosher, and fair trade certified. The organic decaffeinated green tea within the products offer antioxidants.
For centuries, green tea has been known for its healing properties. Some of benefits include:
1. Heart health: by reducing the risk of hearth attack and lowering bad cholesterol and decreasing high blood pressure
2. Oral Health: antibacterial properties, gum disease protection, dental plaque prevention
3. Weight control / Fitness: boosts metabolic rate
4. Mental health: alleviates headache, protects against memory loss, improves attention and focus
5. Skin health: prevents skin aging by protecting against inflammation from excessive sun exposure
6. Daily Life: L-theanine (amino acid) in green tea may alleviate stress & anxiety, may protect against pollen allergies
7. Disease Prevention: may prevent and combat Type 2 Diabetes, helps fights rheumatoid arthritis, has been shown to improve bone health
8. Immune Support: boos immunity through Vitamins C & E, may aid in digestion, may protect against respiratory infections, EGCG in green tea may be significantly more potent than antioxidants in Vitamins E & C
9. Cancer Prevention: antioxidants fight damaging free radicals, has been shown to slow the growth of tumors

These Green Tea Mints were so yummy! 3 mints equal 1 cup of Green tea! And because green tea inhibits bacteria, these mints freshen breath AND help inhibit the root causes of bad breath. They are all natural and contain NO artificial sweeteners, flavors, colors, or animal by-products. Flavors include Original, Delicate Pear, Lively Lemongrass, and Morning Lychee that just came out.

The Green Tea Bars are simply scrumptious! They are flavorful but light and clean. The bars are not overly sweet at all. The nuts and fruits and GREEN TEA flavor complement each other perfectly. All natural bar equals 3 cups of green tea! Flavors include Original, Lively Lemongrass, Delicate pear, and Morning Lychee (same as the mints!).
The Original Flavoris made up of lightly roasted organic brown rice, goji berries, nuts, and seeds. Infused green tea pairs so well with those ingredients.
Delicate Pear includes green tea extract, pears, dates, and plums. This one was a little bit sweeter than the original but I think that was due to dates. It was STILL perfectly light and yummy!
Lively Lemongrass uses glaced lemongrass, fresh ginger, and green tea. I LOVE lemon and this lived up to my expectation 100%!
Morning Lychee is an Asian inspired blend of sweet lychee with coconut pieces. To be honest, I didn’t quiet enjoy this one. Perhaps that’s because I don’t like coconut.
Overall, SEN CHA Naturals definitely gets a thumbs up from me. I adore their mints + bars.
If you would like to try their Green Tea Mints, leave a comment below before the 28th of June, 2009. I’ll randomly pick a winner to receive a wonderful variety packet of their mints.

green tea
Green tea, also known as Chinese tea, and most certainly a healthy drink, has been shown to help prevent, and slow, certain forms of cancer, including prostate and breast cancer, thanks to its unique anti oxidants. White tea, another much lauded tea, from the same plant as green, and ordinary black tea, has since been proven to be more effective in fighting cancer than even it’s better known cousin, which certainly makes it another healthy drink.
