Ingredients:
2 Ezekiel bread
steamed kabocha slices
green leaf lettuce
tomato slices
cucumber (which I did not include in this photo)
thai peppers
mustard
Direction:
1. On two slices of Ezekiel, put mustard.
2. Then layer in lettuce, tomato, cucumber, thai peppers (if you like the heat!), and kabocha as any way you prefer.
3. Cut it in half and enjoy!
