I’ve been reading many blogs since summer of 08 but was not brave enough to actually start my own. But here I am finally with my own blog! I have achieved so much GOOD information from this healthy blog world and hope to pass the “knowledge” that I’ve learned to others in the future!
I’m not going to reveal my identity yet for safety and private reasons. But maybe I will in the future when I start to feel more secure about myself and everything else.
Before I end my first “official” entry of my blog, here are few things about me:
1. My initials are JC
2. I LOVE kabocha and apples!
3. I LOVE fruits & vegetables!
4. <3 (heart) Lydia’s Organics Raw Cacao Crunch & Clif Nectar Dark Chocolate Walnut
5. I am a Yogi (LOVE Yoga and Pilates!)
6. I am a college student (a sophomore to be exact), studying to become an elementary school teacher
7. I absolutely adore kids!
I think those are enough for now. heeheehee
Truthfully I can’t really think of more “interesting” things right now. But as you visit my blog (hopefully my posts will be interesting to have future readers!), I promise to reveal more about myself and all the nutritious and healthy information I know.

I think you should post whatever you feel is right for you- It only takes a second (and courage) to snap a photo of your eats- Windows Live Writer is fantastic because you can just drag in the photo where you want it. It takes a while to publish a post but you can do something else while its publishing. So I think how many posts you do is up to how busy you are or how passionate you feel about blogging!
